By accessing or using our CRM software and compliance processing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before registering as a Business Partner. 1. Partner Account & Sub-Users • Business Partners (CAs and Tax Consultants) are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. • Partners may create sub-user accounts for their internal staff. However, final financial actions, such as wallet deductions and order placements, remain the sole responsibility of the primary Partner account. 2. Prepaid Wallet & Financial Transactions • Services operate on a prepaid wallet model. Partners must maintain an adequate balance to submit registration requests. • Fees are deducted automatically upon successful order submission based on the assigned tier pricing. • B2B tax invoices are generated for all wallet top-ups and service fulfillments, enabling eligible partners to claim Input Tax Credit (ITC) as per applicable tax laws. 3. Processing Timelines & Government Disclaimers While our processing team works diligently to submit applications swiftly, final approval timelines (such as for GST, IEC, or FSSAI) depend entirely on government portals and reviewing officers. We are not liable for delays caused by government processing queues or official clarification notices. 4. Limitation of Liability Our platform acts as a technology enabler and processing assistant. We shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from incorrect data submissions provided by the user or rejections issued by statutory authorities. 5. Modifications & Governing Law We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the local jurisdiction governing our principal business location.
